Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:

Excellent customer service skills

Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

Problem solving and negotiations skills

Ability to manage high volume phone calls (60-80 phone calls per day)

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Proficient in computer usage & data entry skills
Preferred Requirements

Transportation and/or 3rd party dispatch experience, includes sourcing and developing carriers

Responsibilities:
Expectations for this position include, but are not limited to:

Negotiate fair rates with carriers​​

Find hidden carrier capacity

Problem solving without the need for customer intervention

Assist in the collection and processing of paperwork

Grow and maintain carrier relationships

Implement fraud prevention procedures
-
Monitor and record carrier ETAs
-
Assist Sales Team Members with providing excellent customer service
